Shipping, Returns & Refunds

The below information only applies to orders placed directly through the website with a value under $2,500. For information on orders that don't meet these criteria, please contact us by email at nyc@panamleathers.com. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is free in the continental USA for orders $200 and over (before shipping and taxes). For orders less than $200 (before shipping and taxes), customers are charged for UPS shipping rates. We ship to all 50 states in the USA. If you have a non-USA shipping address, please see here: http://www.panamleathers.com/non-usa.

RETURNS

You can return your purchase for up to 45 days after the date of purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. No questions asked. For orders $200 and over (before shipping and taxes), simply email us at nyc@panamleathers.com and we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label allowing you to return for free. You will just need to drop the package off at your local UPS store or schedule a pick up with UPS here: https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PNRO_L1. For orders under $200 (before shipping and taxes), please ship your order back to:

Please return your order with a copy of your invoice and a note whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you’d like an exchange, please make a note of which product you would like instead. We will ship the replacement to you UPS ground.

We do not accept any returns after 45 days after the date of purchase.

REFUNDS

If you are returning your order for a refund, it takes one 1-2 business days from when we receive the return to issue the refund. The refund then takes 3-5 business to process.
