The below information only applies to orders placed directly through the website with a value under $1,000. For information on orders that don't meet these criteria, please contact us by email at 


Shipping is free in the continental USA for orders $300 and over (before shipping and taxes). Most orders ship within one business day, but we can never guarantee same day shipping. For orders less than $300 (before shipping and taxes), customers are charged for UPS shipping rates. We ship to all 50 states in the USA. If you have a non-USA shipping address, please see here:


We do not accept return of swatches All swatch sales are final. Otherwise, if your order value is under $1,000, you can return your purchase in the condition it was received for up to 20 days after the date of purchase. For our return policy on orders with a value of $1,000 or more, please contact us at For orders of $300 to $999.99 (before shipping and taxes), simply email us at and we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label allowing you to return for free. You will just need to drop the package off at your local UPS store or schedule a pick up with UPS here. For orders under $300 (before shipping and taxes), please ship your order back to:

Please return your order with a copy of your invoice and a note whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you’d like an exchange, please make a note of which product you would like instead. We will ship the replacement to you UPS ground.

We do not accept any returns after 20 days after the date of purchase.


If you are returning your order for a refund, it takes one 1-2 business days from when we receive the return to issue the refund. The refund then takes 3-5 business to process.
