The ring lizard is native to Southeast Asia and the teju lizard is native to Southern South America. Lizard skin comes from lizards captured in the wild. Pan American Leathers (PAL) offers finished lizard skin in a wide range of sizes. The smallest are approximately 20 cm wide x 25 cm long and the largest are approximately 45 cm wide by 55 cm long. We offer lizard in both back cut and front and with or without the natural markings (only ring lizard is available with the natural markings). Customers can pick from our NYC showroom stock for immediate delivery or order production from our upstate NY tannery. For production, customers can select from our 40+ standard colors in a variety of finishes or provide a swatch or pantone reference for a custom order. As our tannery and showroom are both NY-based, product development is seamless and deliveries are much shorter for US customers than other alligator skin tanneries or distributors. PAL lizard skin services the belt, footwear, handbag, interiors and small leather goods markets. Please call, email or schedule an appointment for any question you might have or see our Guide to Python Skin for more general information.
